American Samoa football team celebrate first ever win

Many of you may have seen articles in your newspaper today about our national soccer team and their win yesterday. The one below comes from the Daily Mail in the UK. Similar articles can be found in sports illustrated and the Daily Telegraph.
Oh the pride!!!!! What’s funnier about this is that Michael and a bunch of Palagis (Caucasians) were asked to come and play against them to help them train!!!!
*American Samoa’s football team – ranked as the worst international team in the world – has won a game for the first time in its history.
The US protectorate managed a 2-1 victory over Tonga after 30 straight defeats in almost two decades. The match was the first round of the Oceania qualifying for the 2014 World Cup.
Reports said the players and coach of the Pacific nation celebrated as if they had won a major championship.
American Samoa, tied for 204th and last in the FIFA world rankings, had been outscored 229-12 since starting international play in 1994. 
In 2001 American Samoa lost 31-0 to Australia – the heaviest defeat in international football history.
American Samoa are joint bottom of world governing body Fifa’s international rankings.
Coach Thomas Rongen said the victory would now be “part of soccer history”.
“Maybe we have a chance to do something special here beyond this one game, but let’s enjoy this one right now,” he said. 
The goals in the game came from Ramin Ott, who scored a 40-yard strike in the 44th minutes, thanks in part to a goalkeeping error.
